Lead PMHNP Course Excellence:
- Oversee the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of assigned PMHNP courses as a subject matter expert.
- Analyze assessment data, exam performance, and student feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to develop engaging online learning experiences.
Support Faculty Success:
- Mentor and coach new and experienced faculty members to promote excellence in online teaching.
- Develop faculty training resources and facilitate professional development initiatives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement among faculty.
Serve as Assistant Dean of Faculty:
- Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified PMHNP faculty and ensure courses are staffed with highly qualified instructors.
- Monitor faculty workload, qualifications, and compliance, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Partner with Student Services to support student success initiatives and address academic challenges.
