Assistant Professor I, NCLEX Success

About the Role:

• NCLEX success is the gateway to every learner's future as a nurse.
• As an Assistant Professor I, NCLEX, you will coach, strategize, and champion learners and graduates.
• This fully remote role involves identifying knowledge gaps and building personalized learning plans.

What You'll Do:

• Support and prepare assigned learners for NCLEX success through meaningful interactions.
• Monitor learner progress, grade assignments, and track attendance.
• Develop and facilitate scheduled study sessions and one-on-one coaching appointments.

What You Bring:

• Minimum MSN required; doctorate preferred.
• Experience coaching or mentoring in a Practical Nursing program preferred.
• Proficiency in at least one learning management system (Canvas preferred) and Microsoft Office.
