Provide person-centered instruction using varied strategies to activate student strengths in online environments.
Offer constructive feedback and feedforward to support student academic and professional growth.
Be available via email, phone, text, office hours, and individual appointments.

Qualifications:

PhD or DNP in the field or closely related field required.
Current unencumbered certification and licensure in Minnesota as an AGPCNP, GNP, or ANP required, with AGPCNP preferred.
3+ years teaching experience and capacity to work within Walden’s Person-Centered and Community of Care approach.
