Position Summary:
- Responsible for delivering new employee orientation and ongoing clinical education.
- Partners with Compliance and Quality team to translate audit findings into targeted education.
- Works with market Clinical Directors to align education with operational needs.
Essential Functions:
- Own and deliver weekly New Employee General Orientation across all markets.
- Provide ongoing clinical education and competency development to seasoned staff.
- Partner with Compliance and Quality team to identify education opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license and Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical hospice or home health nursing experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical education, precepting, orientation, or staff development.
