About the Role:
- Support design, delivery, and improvement of training for Care Team members.
- Report to VP of Oncology Nursing and bring clinical credibility to training programs.
What You'll Do:
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires, owning hands-on training for Care Team roles.
- Partner with leadership to build scalable training content reflecting current oncology standards.
What We Are Looking For:
- Registered Nurse with hands-on oncology/palliative care experience required.
- Strong communication, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
