Hospice Intake Nurse Coordinator

Position Summary:

• The Hospice Intake Nurse Coordinator serves as a dedicated backup for market-level Intake Nurses across all Ennoble Care markets.
• This remote position provides coverage during PTO, manages overflow workload, and plays a key role in onboarding and training new Intake staff.

Essential Functions:

• Serve as the primary backup Intake Nurse for all markets, providing seamless coverage during PTO and staffing gaps.
• Assist with overflow referrals, verify Medicare coverage, and coordinate scheduling of clinicians.
• Deliver standardized training and develop training materials for intake processes.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing with at least 2 years of hospice or home health intake experience.
• Minimum of 3 years working with EMR systems and strong computer literacy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
