About the Role:
- The Clinician Concierge is the single, trusted guide behind every successful clinician launch at Sevaro.
- You orient new clinicians to culture, expectations, and on-shift experience, and shepherd them through credentialing and licensing.
What You'll Own:
- Clinician Onboarding Concierge: Serve as dedicated point of contact from day one.
- Training and Workflow Readiness: Train on Synapse and site-specific processes.
- Institutional Workflow Knowledge: Own knowledge of each hospital site and train clinicians to readiness.
What You'll Bring:
- Active, unrestricted RN license and Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in neurology, neurocritical care, stroke, or emergency department.
- Strong technical aptitude and exceptional communication skills.
