Overview:
- Act as a dedicated student services advisor for online programs in Healthcare, Business, IT, and Education.
- Support students from enrollment through graduation, focusing on academic success and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary relationship owner and point of contact for students throughout their academic journey.
- Advise on academic policies, online learning strategies, and available resources.
- Monitor engagement and progress to identify at-risk students and implement retention plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Education, Sociology, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in online student services, academic advising, or customer service.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
