- Serve as the primary point of contact for students from enrollment through graduation, advising on academic policies, progression, and resources.
- Monitor student engagement and academic progress to identify at-risk students and implement proactive retention strategies.
- Collaborate with Financial Aid and other departments to support students' academic success and timely program completion.
