Responsibilities:
- Support HR Business Partners and staff with Workday transactions.
- Collaborate with departments and program areas to meet Business Insights goals.
- Provide HR services with excellent customer service and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in a higher education institution with at least 6 semester units.
- Minimum one year customer service experience.
- HR or business-related major preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly pay of $20.00.
- Pro-rated PTO per California law and paid sick leave.
- Remote workspace setup reimbursement and/or stipends.
Work Environment:
- Fully remote within California.
- Remote-first philosophy with headquarters in Sacramento.
- Student assistants not eligible for full benefits or CalPERS.
