People Operations Associate

About the Role:

• We are seeking a People Operations Associate to enable our People team by delivering a seamless, organized experience across operational elements of the employee lifecycle.
• Powered by AI and other tools, you will execute essential workflows, including onboarding, HRIS data management, and front-line employee support.
• You will help eliminate friction while supporting high-impact operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of related experience in an HR, people operations, or operations function.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft tools.
• Hands-on experience using an HRIS system to maintain data and execute employee lifecycle changes.
