Externship Coordinator

Position Summary:

• The Career Services Externship Coordinator partners with external employers to facilitate externship placement for students and graduates.
• This entry-level role focuses on helping students transition from classwork to externship opportunities and build career success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive student transition into externships by identifying opportunities and overcoming obstacles.
• Establish and maintain relationships with corporations, non-profits, and community partners.
• Collaborate with career advisors and support team reporting and data use.

Work Environment:

• This is a fully remote position, requiring a home office setup, quiet space, and high-speed internet.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary ranges from $20 to $22 per hour based on experience.
