Senior Counsel, Corporate

As Senior Counsel, Corporate, you will be a key strategic partner to Headway’s Finance, Payer, and Operations teams during a pivotal growth phase for the company. In this role, you will be the lead attorney within the Corporate function, reporting to the Associate General Counsel. You will lead Headway’s Corporate legal function as it relates to: Corporate transactions – equity or debt financings, M&A, etc. Maintaining and updating Management Services / Medical Practice agreements and relationships Board governance, approvals, and record keeping Supporting Finance and Accounting teams on legal aspects of audit and tax matters Intellectual Property and Corporate Insurance Close partnership with the Procurement and Legal Operations functions to build out corporate and contracting systems and processes
