Product & Business Operation Analyst

Knapsack is hiring a Product & Business Operations Analyst to lead the development of their internal insight function. This role involves turning product behavior and business performance data into actionable guidance. The analyst will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, customer success, sales, and the executive team to help define company measurements, the importance of those measurements, and how to act on them. The role will focus on product insight and activation, data infrastructure and reporting, and business operations. You’ll give the team shared visibility, sharpen our instincts, and help make better decisions faster.
