Job Description

In partnership with the Director of Commercial Training and Development, ensures consistent delivery of sales training curriculum and partners with sales and marketing leaders to ensure understanding of product portfolio and learning needs. Manages New Hires through onboarding process, collaborates in the creation of advanced sales training programs, workshops, and competitive selling modules on a continual basis, assessing current field-facing issues. Effectively support and serve as an advisor AEโ€™s, SAEโ€™s, and Sales leaders while providing strategic insight for continuous evolution of all training programs. Must be able to lift 20 pounds and travel 50%.
