Principal Solutions Engineer

As a Principal Solutions Engineer at Valimail, you will play a critical role at the intersection of technical pre-sales and customer advocacy. Acting as both a trusted advisor and technical champion, you will engage deeply with prospects and customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and success throughout the buyer and user journey. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role suited for a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include conducting product demos, domain analyses, and delivering technical documentation. You will also contribute to industry events and act as a subject matter expert on authentication technologies.
