Learning Experience Designer

The Learning Experience Designer will lead the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning initiatives to support Docebo’s growth and enhance employee and customer knowledge of our products. This role combines expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design with the ability to create digital, blended, and face-to-face training programs. You will partner with internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assess needs, design tailored solutions, and deliver innovative learning experiences that support onboarding, skill development, and product mastery. To thrive in this role, you should be passionate about creating engaging learning experiences that drive performance and knowledge retention. You bring a strong foundation in adult learning principles and instructional design, combined with a curiosity for leveraging the latest learning technologies. You are an excellent collaborator, capable of working with diverse stakeholders to align learning solutions with business goals.
