We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Training Administrator to provide essential administrative support for the coordination and delivery of operational training programmes. This role plays a key part in maintaining training compliance, supporting internal stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of training activities across the business.
Key Responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling training sessions, maintaining training records, supporting training managers, monitoring training completion rates, assisting in the development of training materials, and managing administrative processes related to training compliance.
The ideal candidate will have strong advanced Excel skills, proven experience in an administrative role, excellent organisational and time-management abilities, and strong communication skills.
