Senior Software Engineer – MERN Stack

Join Varicent’s Sales Planning team to lead the development of a fast-scaling SaaS platform that empowers global sales organizations. You’ll work on a high-impact single-page application using React, GraphQL, and a serverless AWS backend, driving features that directly support revenue growth and go-to-market execution. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers focused on delivering a high-performing web platform. As a senior engineer, you’ll shape technical decisions, mentor others, and contribute to building scalable, cloud-native solutions. Lead the design and development of new features using the MERN stack. Build cloud-native apps with AWS Lambda, Aurora, DynamoDB, ECS, and GraphQL. Improve system scalability, performance, and architecture. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with CI/CD and test automation. Collaborate closely with product and design to deliver intuitive user experiences. Guide junior developers through code reviews and technical mentoring.
