Associate Product Manager, Order

As an Associate Product Manager, you are on a mission to solve key problems for our customers and their guests. Collaborating closely with Product Leads, Designers, Engineers, and customers, you support all stages of the product life cycle, spanning from discovery and development to launch and continuous improvement. Your strong business acumen and understanding of user needs and technology help your team deliver impact for users with each and every release. You will contribute to your team and peer's product roadmaps using customer insights, business objectives, data analysis, and market research. Establish and maintain a deep understanding of your product, its customers, user personas, and their respective pain points. Discover and frame problems via research, conversations, and focus groups with customers and stakeholders. You will also translate requirements into functional specifications, prioritizing iterative enhancements to improve customer value while supporting long-term goals, in collaboration with Design and Engineering. Identify and mitigate risks to product development and launch, ensuring requirements are met with each deployment and that changes do not disrupt existing usage. Contribute to and help execute launch plans that support adoption goals and KPIs.
