BC Practice Lead

Practice Leadership (~50%):

• Oversee day-to-day practice operations, including utilization tracking, project oversight, and team coordination.
• Manage and mentor a team of BC consultants and developers, driving accountability and professional growth.
• Report on practice KPIs to leadership and define delivery methodology and best practices.

Client Delivery (~50% Billable):

• Serve as lead consultant or solution architect on active Business Central implementations and post-sale engagements.
• Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with client stakeholders.
• Guide clients through process re-engineering, data migration, and go-live readiness.

What They're Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in a consulting environment.
• 2+ years in a leadership, practice management, or team lead capacity.
• Strong grasp of BC core modules and excellent client-facing communication skills.
