As an Enrollment Advisor, you’ll serve as a trusted guide for prospective students — from their initial inquiry to enrollment. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless, personalized, and supportive experience, helping individuals make informed decisions about their education. This is a full-time remote opportunity. Manage and respond to communications via phone, email, and text. Build rapport and guide students through early enrollment stages. Collaborate with Enrollment Specialists to support students. Accurately document interactions in Salesforce. Become a subject matter expert on university programs. Maintain professionalism and contribute to team culture.
