Data Analysis:
-Gather and interpret contact center performance and quality data.
-Develop proactive action plans for MCV departments and clinics.
-Utilize business intelligence tools (Cognos, Avaya, Power BI, Tableau).
Collaboration and Communication:
-Collaborate with department and clinic leadership.
-Interface directly with department and clinic management.
-Deliver clear and concise presentations.
General Requirements:
-Travel (15-20%) as needed.
-Manage shifting business priorities and timelines.
-Use analytical and critical thinking skills.
