Job Description
The Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic customer marketing programs that enhance retention, engagement, advocacy, expansion, and reputation management. This role partners closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Brand to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that support customer growth and long-term success.
Responsibilities include developing and managing customer engagement programs, leading the Customer Advocacy Program, collaborating with content teams to develop compelling customer success stories, driving marketing strategies for customer expansion, overseeing customer advisory boards, leading reputation management efforts, and defining customer marketing KPIs to optimize strategies for revenue growth.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS customer marketing, proven success in customer advocacy programs, experience managing customer advisory boards, and proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
