Drive and expand our global customer content program, including the creation of case studies, video testimonials, customer webinars, and more. Maintain customer proof points database, including regular updates and communication to sales and CX teams. Assist in managing customer engagement and communication programs, including ongoing nurture campaigns, newsletters, and in-person/virtual events.
