About the Role:
- We are seeking a seasoned Growth Marketer to lead our expansion into the NORDICS Region.
- You will be the local 'Source of Truth' for marketing, acting as a creative, analyst, and operator.
- You should enjoy the complexity of multi-lingual markets and own outcomes entirely.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B growth through aggressive lead generation and brand awareness in the Nordics.
- Build and execute multi-language outbound sequences and own local industry events end-to-end.
- Collaborate with performance marketing on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting.
Requirements:
- One of the 4 Nordic languages is a must, plus fluent English.
- You have implemented marketing projects from start to finish and held yourself accountable for ROI.
- Broad knowledge in growth marketing, from numbers analysis to campaign planning and event organizing.
