Financial Planning & Performance Management:
- Own planning, forecasting, and reporting for Pharma Operations and HR.
- Deliver monthly performance analyses, variance reporting, and management presentations.
- Analyze KPIs and cost drivers to identify opportunities and drive business impact.
Strategic Business Partnering:
- Act as trusted sparring partner to Head of HR and Executive Director Pharma Operations.
- Challenge assumptions, identify risks, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Develop business cases for strategic investments and scenario modeling.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, or related field with 4–6 years FP&A experience.
- Strong financial modeling, advanced Excel, and analytical tools (Power Query, Power Pivot).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, proactive and process-improvement oriented.
