About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead AI-augmented engineering to automate release management, dependency updates, and CVE remediation.
- Optimize CI/release health using a metric-driven approach to eliminate bottlenecks in AI-first workflows.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement CI strategy and engineering best practices.
What You Bring:
- Strong software engineering experience in Java with a track record of delivering results.
- Passion for engineering operational excellence, including CI/CD optimization, dependency management, and process automation.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Maven, Docker, and automation in complex projects.
