General Counsel

Looking for a General Counsel to join and lead the Legal function, reporting to the CEO. The role involves engaging in various matters with both internal and external partners and leading a team of high-performing attorneys to shape and execute the legal strategy of the business. Key responsibilities include serving as a high-contributing member of Super.com’s Leadership Team, providing strategic legal advice, building the internal legal function, managing commercial contracts, and offering counsel and guidance on legal matters. The role also involves selecting and managing relationships with outside counsel, preparing presentations for employees and executives, and mentoring teams. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of law experience with a mix of law firm and in-house roles, a J.D. from an accredited institution, and admission to practice law in California or New York.
