Mozilla is seeking a Director of Product Policy Strategy to lead the intersection of product development, policy, and regulation, ensuring Mozilla’s products are backed by forward-looking policy strategies while influencing global debates on how technology should serve people and society. The Director will drive the planning and development of policy positions on core product concerns in areas such as privacy, competition, advertising, AI, and security.
We are looking for an experienced in-house product counsel to work closely with our advertising, marketing, product, engineering, and business development teams throughout the product development life cycle, with a focus on guiding responsible advertising practices. A key member of our stellar Product & Privacy Legal team, you will provide practical and business-oriented legal advice, ensuring alignment with Mozilla’s values of privacy, transparency, and privacy by design.
