Director, Policy Strategy

Mozilla is seeking a Director of Product Policy Strategy to lead the intersection of product development, policy, and regulation. This role ensures Mozilla’s products are backed by forward-looking policy strategies while influencing global debates on how technology should serve people and society. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Public Policy, the Director will lead a small global team of product policy experts and collaborate closely with Mozilla’s regional government relations leads in the US and Europe. The Director will partner with cross-functional colleagues in Product, Engineering, Legal, Communications, and Marketing. The Director will drive the planning and development of policy positions on core product concerns in areas such as privacy, competition, advertising, AI, and security.
