Processing Representative (Part Time)

The Processing Representative will review, track and approve invoices for funding. The representative will communicate with brokers to verify invoice details and collect required documents from brokers and clients. They will also manage the status of invoices according to provided criteria and assist team members from different tiers with complex invoice issues. The representative must Maintain broker & client relationship with consistent follow-ups to strengthen client rapport. They should document all communication notes in Bobtail Portal to document invoice notes. Strong communication skills are essential.
