Specialist Ops Process Support

Description:

• Works independently to perform a variety of duties including entering data, processing transactions.
• Obtains information, and interacts with internal and external customers.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on a project, workflow, or state.

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for improvement within the inspection process.
• Work with Risk Engineering and Business Leadership to implement changes that will ensure maximum efficiency and quality while minimizing cost.
• Be aware of industry trends, developments, changes, and state of the art practices to ensure continued efficient risk evaluation and assessment.

Qualifications:

• Proficient working knowledge of personal and business lines operations, underwriting rules, guidelines, rating manual rules, products, processes
• Requires ability to perform detailed work (eg review and prepare documentation)
• Strong knowledge of systems and personal computer workstations preferred
