Identify and evaluate duplicate records using matching criteria and data quality standards.
Perform record merges while preserving giving history, contact details, and relationship data.
Update and standardize core constituent information across CRM systems.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of data entry or database management experience.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently remotely.
Experience with CRM systems, data deduplication, or data quality initiatives preferred.

Benefits:

Compensation of $19.00–$21.00 per hour based on experience and internal equity.
