Business Analyst- Credit Cards

Our Fortune 100 financial services client is seeking two experienced Technical Business Analysts to support a large-scale credit card processor integration project within their banking partner ecosystem. This role will focus on capturing and documenting both business and technical requirements, mapping current and future-state processes, and ensuring seamless alignment between business operations and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with experience in credit card servicing and processing who can bridge communication between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors. Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for credit card processing systems. Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and comprehensive process flow diagrams (business and technical). Map current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) processes related to credit card servicing and transaction processing. Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with cross-functional teams. Support testing activities by reviewing test cases to ensure alignment with documented requirements. Maintain project documentation according to organizational or PMO standards. Gather and define non-functional requirements, including system performance, scalability, and data quality.
