Managing Director

This role comes with a profit share incentive and stock options. As Managing Director, you will be building a strong team with high talent density in a fast-paced, 100% remote environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with D2C Digital Products experience who excels at driving growth and innovation, and has a deep understanding of engineering, product, marketing, and growth strategies. You will lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives, drive revenue growth, oversee product development, and ensure alignment with business strategy and customer feedback. The role will also involve overseeing marketing campaigns and utilizing data analytics to refine growth strategies. Continuous monitoring and analysis of key financial and operational metrics is expected, alongside evaluation customer lifetime value.
