Own the Console experience end to end—information architecture, navigation, onboarding, configuration flows, empty states, errors, and customer complexity.
Define how an AI assistant helps customers configure and operate the platform conversationally, including what actions it can take and how to make them trustworthy.
Design workflow configuration that is expressive for advanced use cases while staying understandable to first-time users.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Experience with self-serve products, admin tools, integrations, workflow builders, or other complex product surfaces.
Strong product judgment and systems thinking, with the ability to reason about permissions, data, integrations, and failure modes.
