Technical Product Owner 2

The Technical Product Owner 2 (TPO2) has oversight of project execution across 1+ teams driving cloud team roadmap realization. This role will collaborate with other teams to ensure all projects adhere to infrastructure and security best practices. We have a large distributed global engineering organization that leverages a broad spectrum of technologies. Our engineering success depends on the entire team across the globe being aligned on standards which the TPO2 will continually reinforce and iteratively improve. The TPO2 collects key performance indicators of global agile teams and will present these to senior leadership and team members. Responsibilities include being a servant leader and a beacon for agile best practices, defining the vision, prioritizing needs of the backlog at the enterprise level, and driving iteration to take projects from discovery to release. The TPO2 also obtains buy-in from stakeholders, refines key performance indicators, and leads in agile ceremonies, while introducing useful tools and practices.
