Senior Manager, Consolidation and ERP Transformation

As Senior Manager, Global Consolidation & ERP Transformation, you will own the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process across all domestic and international entities, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translations, and consolidation adjustments. Ensure consolidation processes are GAAP-compliant, well-documented, and embedded within SOX-lite or SOX 404 control frameworks. Partner with IT, Accounting, FP&A, and regional finance teams to design scalable workflows, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive automation. Integrate newly acquired entities into the ERP and consolidation framework, ensuring consistency in processes, controls, and data integrity. Train and mentor global finance teams on ERP systems, consolidation processes, and best practices. Identify and implement process improvements to accelerate the close, improve accuracy, and enhance visibility for leadership and investors.
