Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Tokyo. The role will support the successful execution of SAP IT projects for a leading life sciences company with multiple stakeholders to manage and a focus on System, Data and Process Improvement (PI) initiatives. Assist in managing the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases for assigned IT / SAP HANA projects. Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, demonstrating advanced stakeholder management skills to balance diverse and sometimes conflicting expectations. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to ensure timely and quality delivery. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs. Support IT project governance by adhering to the organization’s project management standards and methodologies. Facilitate regular project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Provide status updates to senior global program managers and stakeholders.
