Observability Technical Consultant

The Observability Engineer is responsible for the hands-on implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of observability solutions. Engineers translate technical and functional requirements into robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions, supporting operational excellence and proactive issue management. This role collaborates closely with internal teams and client stakeholders, delivering consistent, scalable, and reliable outcomes. Engineers contribute actively to solution improvement, documentation, and knowledge sharing, continuously advancing their technical expertise across various observability platforms. Responsibilities include implementing solutions such as Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Splunk ITSI, Elastic, Grafana, and/or LogicMonitor. Practical knowledge of cloud-native observability solutions like Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, ELK Stack. Familiarity with public cloud monitoring solutions (AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP Operations Suite).
