Director, Program Manager

This Director-level role will lead critical transformation initiatives across our Commercial organization. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will play a key role in driving change and operational excellence as we evolve our commercial organization for growth. You will be at the center of how we scale our business, bridging vision and execution while shaping how teams work together to deliver exceptional results. Lead the planning and execution of high-priority transformation programs across the commercial organization (Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Customer Success). Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff and CRO to align on goals, define project roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives. Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
