Senior Product Manager - CRM

Essential Functions:

• Define and own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for CRM features.
• Develop a deep understanding of how financial institutions manage member relationships.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on CRM product development.
• Proven track record of building, launching, and scaling CRM solutions.
• Strong understanding of member/customer lifecycle management, segmentation strategies, and personalization at scale.
