Job Description
Agile Space Industries is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of government and commercial contract management, including subcontract management, purchasing activities, and proposal support. This is a hands-on role for someone with a foundation in contract administration to protect the company’s interests by being knowledgeable with federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) and is eager to drive results and grow with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities include reviewing and managing prime contracts, issuing subcontracts and consulting agreements, interpreting FAR/DFARS clauses, and ensuring compliance. You will support proposal management, collaborate with engineering, conduct price analysis, and maintain procurement documentation. You will also identify contractual risks, maintain contract files, and support internal reviews.
