Events Manager

Who we are:

• We are a remote-first workforce with offices in San Francisco and Kitchener, and employees across the U.S. and Canada.

Snapshot of the Role:

• You will own live events end to end, focusing initially on MasterClass Executive cohort-based programs.
• You'll produce weekly virtual sessions, intimate learner gatherings, and multi-day in-person experiences.

What You Will Do:

• Own end-to-end production of live virtual sessions including scheduling, run of show, and real-time troubleshooting.
• Plan in-person experiences from dinners to multi-day events, managing venues, AV, vendors, and travel.
• Build scalable event operations with templates, checklists, and post-event workflows.

About You (Requirements):

• 6+ years of event management and production experience across virtual and in-person events.
• Proven skills in managing venues, budgets, contracts, and on-site execution.
• Strong communicator comfortable working with high-profile speakers and cross-functional teams.
