Key Responsibilities:
- Define and govern field intelligence capability strategy, standards, analytics requirements, and measurement frameworks.
- Lead prioritization and roadmap development for reusable enterprise field intelligence assets.
- Partner with Strategy, Platforms & Technology and global counterparts to align on shared outcomes.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years in field analytics, commercial analytics, CRM, sales operations, or related disciplines.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in business, analytics, or life sciences.
- Proven experience with governance frameworks, capability roadmaps, and cross-functional initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range of $185,500 to $344,500 per year, plus performance-based cash incentive and equity eligibility.
