Solution Design & Delivery:
- Lead end-to-end solution design for Certa implementations, translating client TPRM frameworks into scalable platform configurations.
- Own the solution blueprint and technical design documentation, balancing best practices with client constraints.
- Design and configure workflow automation, risk scoring, and integration touchpoints for high-quality go-live.
Client Engagement & Advisory:
- Facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders across procurement, compliance, and risk functions.
- Act as a trusted advisor on best practices for third-party risk management and procurement automation.
- Manage client expectations proactively around scope, feasibility, and trade-offs.
Practice Development:
- Contribute to reusable solution accelerators, templates, and playbooks to improve delivery efficiency.
- Stay current on platform releases and emerging TPRM, ESG, and procurement trends.
- Support continuous improvement of methodologies and delivery frameworks.
