Job Description
This role will be central to managing and executing impactful community marketing programs and supporting growth initiatives aimed at increasing engagement and adoption. The Program Manager will be responsible for developing and managing low-touch programs for smaller users, facilitating the capture of authentic narratives to enhance discoverability, and implementing strategies that enable long-tail users to advocate for Timescale without high-touch investment. Work involves monitoring program metrics, project planning, identifying risks, and acting as a key point of connection between teams.
The Program Manager will own the creation, documentation, and dissemination of program requirements, roadmaps, and key success indicators. A successful candidate should have experience in program management, strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and analytical abilities. They should also be proficient in using project management software and familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot seeking a highly motivated and talented Program Manager to join our Marketing team.
