Senior Product Manager

TimelyCare is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to drive the successful delivery of innovative telehealth and well-being solutions for college students. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other internal teams to ensure that product enhancements and features are delivered on time, meet user needs, and align with business goals. Support Product Strategy & Roadmap: Collaborate with product leadership to shape and maintain the product roadmap by bringing delivery insight, customer feedback, and business priorities into planning conversations. Own Delivery Execution: Translate product requirements into clear, actionable plans, and manage end-to-end delivery in partnership with engineering, design, QA, and go-to-market teams. Drive Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across engineering, care operations, customer success, and design to ensure successful execution and timely launches. Manage Agile Product Development: Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination to ensure quality delivery that meets scope, timeline, and acceptance criteria. Define and Prioritize Work: Write user stories, prioritize feature requests, and balance quick wins with foundational improvements that advance product reliability and scalability. Ensure Product Quality & Readiness: Partner with QA and release teams to ensure features are tested, documented, and launched successfully with minimal disruption. Support Go-To-Market Activities: Coordinate with marketing, customer success, and training teams to ensure internal readiness and effective product rollouts. Collect and Act on Feedback: Gather insights from users, support teams, and data analytics to identify areas of improvement and feed them back into the delivery backlog. Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Work with legal and engineering teams to ensure product features are compliant with HIPAA, FERPA, and other relevant privacy standards.
