Court Reporter in Charge

What You'll Do:

• Capture depositions, hearings, and legal proceedings in a certified stenographic capacity, producing accurate, verbatim transcripts that meet Texas court reporting standards.
• Use CAT software and digital audio tools to scope, proofread, and finalize transcripts with a high degree of accuracy and compliance.
• Proactively build and maintain a professional network within Texas-based court reporting organizations and attend key industry conferences.

What You'll Need:

• Current Texas Certified Shorthand Reporter (CSR) license required, with deep knowledge of Texas procedural rules and legal terminology.
• Significant court reporting experience with a track record of supervisory or leadership responsibility.
• Proficiency with CAT software and digital audio review tools, comfortable managing multiple priorities including travel.
